Determine the area of coverage for your application by measuring the length and width. A standard sheet is 4’ x 8’ and covers approximately 32 square feet or 2.88 square meters.
- Quantity: State the number of sheets required to cover the area.
- Thickness: Determine the gage numbers (GA 26 – GA 14, 3mm, 4mm, 4.5mm, 6mm)
- Material: Available in black iron, aluminum, stainless steel, galvanized, etc.
- Size of Material: Standard size is 4’x 8’ unless specified otherwise
- Size of Perforation: Standard tool available are 1.4mm, 1.6mm, 2mm, 2.4mm, 2.6mm, 3mm, 3.2mm, 4mm, 4.8mm, 5.8mm, 6mm diameter.
- Perforation Shape: See the Standard Patterns page for hole shape options
- Arrangement of Perforations: Specify Staggered or Straight line
- Spacing of Perforations: Determine the distance between the center of the holes, the percentage of open area, or the number of holes per square cm.
- Margins: Specify the solid margins required
